XPA
XPA sources, brands and distributes a broad range of products including active wear and sportswear, accessories, memorabilia and performance products. XPA initially purchases or creates imprintable sportswear from its network of 25 international and domestic vendors, all of which are USOC-compliant and have high-production capacity. XPA embellishes branded images through its screen-print division and manages its own distribution with complete fulfillment, event merchandising and e-commerce divisions. In addition, XPA provides and manages merchandise for a substantial number of non-Olympic and non-NGB events including the Little League World Series and the United States Bowling Congress Women’s Tournament.
Although the USOC and NGBs’ licenses have become cornerstone relationships for XPA, the Company continues to successfully expand its product lines beyond Olympic apparel and merchandise. Of particular note, XPA secured the exclusive right to sell private branded uniforms for Little League Baseball from 2006 until 2015, along with exclusive worldwide merchandise rights for FIFA World Cup Soccer.
In addition to distributing merchandise through direct channels (events, e-commerce and through XP’s US Olympic Shops), XPA has established strong relationships with leading retailers including Footlocker.com, Filene’s Basement stores, QVC, China Pavilion (at Disney World) and 24-Hour Fitness.

XPR
In 2003, XPR entered a retail management agreement with the USOC to operate its four retail outlets located at USOC training facilities in Colorado Springs, CO; Chula Vista, CA; and two stores in Lake Placid, NY. The Company saw the opportunity to expand the distribution of its Olympic branded apparel in unique, high-traffic locations to achieve higher operating margins by applying a superior merchandising strategy and leveraging XPA’s operating infrastructure.
Based on its rapid success at the USOC training stores, XPR started a focused expansion plan of the US Olympic Shops brand by opening new stores in selected markets including resort areas, high-traffic sites and locations with a high concentration of Olympic fans. Since 2004, XPR has opened one new store in the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, with more locations slated to open in 2007. Through the experience of running new stores, XPR has gained valuable operating knowledge and refined its retail model to improve profitability.

XPE
Leveraging its expertise in managing merchandise at events, the Company started providing retail venue management for consumer product concessions in 2005. The XPE division was created in October 2005 when the Company acquired the retail venue management contracts in Phoenix with Chase Field – formerly Bank One Ballpark (Diamondbacks), U.S. Airways Arena (RoadRunners and Suns) and the Dodge Theater. XPE’s complete outsourcing approach liberates the client from the responsibility of sourcing the merchandise and not controlling the selling process, and provides the right incentives to maximize sales.
In its first season of operations in Phoenix, XPE broke three sales records and doubled the income for its clients through royalty payments. XPE’s success with the Phoenix contract has allowed the Company to rapidly secure six additional high-profile retail venue management contracts. Of special note, XPE recently won the concession for the next two NBA All-Star Games, as well as operating the retail venues for the Charlotte Bobcats and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
